ABOUT THE TOWNHOUSE



Your newly remodeled vacation rental features open-concept living that’s great for families.

Great townhome! Clean, comfortable quiet and a 5 minute walk to Snow Park Lodge. Park City is a 5 minute Lyft ride to fantastic food and shopping. Everything worked perfectly for our annual 4 day ski trip. We would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient and comfortable base camp

This is a great place for friends or two couples. Convenient to Deer Valley and Park City. Well furnished and easy access. Nice to have a garage and fireplace!

Excellent condo

We just spent four nights in wildflower and it couldn’t have been better. The unit was very clean and very comfortable for all of us. Location was ideal! And the private garage was also a huge plus. Only issue I had is that the showers do not have doors so water gets all over the bathroom when bathing Also the unit can use more pots, pans, and baking sheets. But other that that, it was perfect

Decent stay.

All and all this was a clean place and a great location. But other than that, the house was lacking basic supplies like coffee and basic kitchen supplies. It’s much smaller than the pictures online and it was very difficult to communicate about our checkin, etc.

9 out of 10. Communication, 10. Cleanliness, 10. Kitchen equipment, 9, only because there was only an old style coffee pot. Something with pods would have brought it up a notch. Ease of getting to Deer Valley for skiing, 10. The condo was extremely quiet at all times of day and night. Having a washer and dryer available was a huge plus. The blow up mattress was portable and we put it upstairs so no one had to sleep on the couch. There were tons of towels, pillows and blankets. The only very minor drawbacks were not having directions for the Nest thermostat, which did its job daily, and as a consequence, the condo was cold on occasion. We figured it out. And the ground floor is a bit smaller than you would think based on the photos. I thought we were in the wrong place when we first got there. Otherwise, perfect stay.

Deer valley

This condo was perfect for our family of three. The two bedrooms were both master in size, with on suite bathrooms. The downstairs was nice with a powder room, a nice kitchen, and small family room with a fireplace. The attached one car garage was large, and the condo was a short walk to the bus stop, maybe 30 yards.There is no hot tub or bath tub, and the upstairs carpet is getting tired, but overall we would stay here again without hesitation.

Great location

The location of this place is awesome and even better when we found out there is a free shuttle that goes around and get you to the base of the mountain and Main Street as well. The house itself is comfortable and have all needed for your skiing trip (including a sled for the little one). Only issue we had, one of the showers wasn’t draining properly, I didn’t contact the manager because we were just 3 people (my husband, 9 years-old girl and myself) and we had no problem sharing the other shower. Overall it was great! I will definitely stay there again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very convenient rental, close to Deer Valley and town, right on bus line. Nicely updated and furnished. Adequately set up for short stay, could use a few additions for longer stays — ice trays in fridge, screens on windows, fans for summer.

Great location

The property was very convenient and attractively decorated. The free shuttle bus easily and quickly took us to town and to the mountain. The only things I would change are the showers are the type with a half wall of glass which means the floor get soaked no matter what you do. Also as a chef I would have appreciated more kids for pans, better knives and a few other kitchen items. Overall though a very nice stay.

Great Spot for Skiing at Deer Valley

We came for a few days of Skiing at Deer Valley. The location was perfect, place was clean and communication was excellent. Only comment would be it would have been easier to have a code to get in and out of the garage door instead of the front door as it is more accessible. We only used the front door to get in the first time and to return the garage door opener when we closed up.

The property was comfortable. We had an issue with a leaking toilet that was fixed immediately. One word of warning, the garage is very narrow. If you have a large SUV it might be a problem.

Location was wonderful, but we had some issues with the internet/TV and shower. The owner/ management company might be more diligent in figuring out those issues. Also the kitchen wasn't very well stocked for cooking.

Needs repairs but great place!

We liked the place overall but upon arrival we noticed that the main window to the front of the house was cracked, the sliding door was completely blocked by solid snow, the upstairs window was cracked open and couldn’t be closed and the sliding door window curtain upstairs was broken. Also, the electrical sockets by the sinks quit working halfway through the week. If these repairs were made then it’d be an awesome place. Great location, spacious and nicely decorated. Easy to catch the bus and get to Deer Valley.

A little on the small side, but clean, updated and convenient to DV

This home was well equipped, clean, and the location was excellent with many options to get to DV base. The extra half bath was really nice. The shower areas were a bit cramped, but all recently renovated. The Vacasa team was very good with communication and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. We thought the garage was adequate, even for a Chevy Suburban. The shower "door" (more like panel) was the only thing that was odd-- if they extended the glass 8", it would have been easier to shower comfortably.

USE CAUTION if VACASA property management is involved

the unit was in good order until the snow on the 2nd floor deck started melting causing leaks. The bedroom carpet was soaking wet, water was running down the sliding glass door on the first floor and leaked into the kitchen ceiling causing the paint/ceiling to blister. The local VACASA property management declined our move out of the unit however VRBO stepped in and made things right. VACASA corporate eventually acquiesced and we found new lodging for the remainder of our stay.

GREAT LOCATION AND QUIET

This gem of a find was a surprise! The photos were exact but when we walked in, this home was way better than expected. Beautifully decorated and with a private courtyard and garage and rear drive available. The neighbour's are quiet and super friendly and accepting. There is a little park next door and walking tracks and resort only a few minutes walk away! Located at the base of the Park city and Deer Valleymountains most exclusive residential addresses, your family will be safe, warm and close to skiing ⛷️ I recommend to book as this is super affordable if you want location for value! Vacasa is always reliable! Perfect for a small family or a quiet couple 💑

Great stay at the property. It was neat and clean.

We had good experience at the property. It was neat and updated and nicely staged. Proximity to Deer Valley Resort is great. One complaint we had was that kitchen and pantry was not stocked with anything basic like seasoning, oil, etc., and the pans were super old and scratched. It had plenty of paper towels and dishes, dishwashing liquid.

Great Location!

Overall, we loved our stay. The condo was a few minutes walk to the city shuttle and another short ride to either Main St. or Deer Valley Resort, which was incredibly convenient. The property was as advertised, which we truly appreciated. We only had a couple concerns: 1. When you put the listed address into Google Maps, it takes you to a slightly different location. We arrived after dark and it took 3 adults to attempt to find the actual property. 2. Sort of hand-in-hand with the above, while there are many benefits to using a management company to manage rentals, when guests have trouble finding the location and have to call an 888 number to speak with someone - the problem is that someone isn't in the same city or state and has no clue where you're actually at because the local office is closed after hours. That was also a little frustrating. There should be a local after hours number guests can call for help in the actual town they are staying. But other than those slight hiccups, we had a lovely stay and would happily stay again!

Super townhouse in DV with garage

Went up to Deer Valley for quick ski getaway and stayed at this quiet and comfy townhouse. The townhouse was one minute from the parking lot at Deer Valley. We loved having the gas fireplace, the private one car garage and Direct TV. Awesome place!
