The Space:

Location, Location, Location! 2 blocks off the beach for less wind and mist. Just 1 block from the heart of Manzanita dining and shopping. Warm-up on our backyard putting green for a round of golf at nearby Manzanita Links. Enjoy year-round outdoor play on a field-turf lawn. The kids are sure to love playing at the area's City Park, seven blocks away, with its play structure, tennis courts, pickleball court, and sand volleyball courts.



Walking into your stay you will instantly take notice of the open floor-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Here, you can lounge, prepare a meal, and most importantly, soak-up family time. Get comfortable on the plush, leather seating in the living area while watching a movie in front of the heat of the gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen features ample meal prep space, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to eat, dine at the breakfast bar, at the sizable dining table, or alfresco under a magnificent vaulted patio cover in the enclosed backyard.



The primary bedroom, an oasis in itself, offers a welcoming color palette, soft bedding, and a dazzling en suite bathroom. Indulge in self-care when you sink into the impressive soaking tub or step into the walk-in shower. Rest assured that each of your loved ones will be comfortable in their rooms with air conditioning, TVs, and homey decorations. A second en suite bedroom/bathroom upstairs is perfect for a second couple. The bunk room sleeps up to eight on four full-size bunk beds and has an adjacent full bathroom. The fourth bedroom can be used as an office, den, or bedroom and has an adjacent full bathroom.



Come evening, dip into the private hot tub, and gather around the firepit for late-night s'mores.



Additional perks include; a private washer/dryer, a Ping-Pong table, a great collection of board games and books, a pack-n-play, a high chair, five large TVs, and outdoor games. A 220 outlet near the garage door allows EV charging (BYO charging station.) A warm-water foot wash at the front of the house helps with clean-up after a day at the beach.

House is great, very comfortable for a larger group (we were six adults, three kids). One bedroom is only a foldout couch and a fairly small one (full size), comfortable enough for a kiddo or two but an adult couple would be a tight squeeze. Great location, quiet even in high season, great backyard, great kitchen and living room.

Great Family House

We loved the spaciousness and openness of the house. Great activities for everyone outside and in garage. The games, hot tub, and fire pit were enjoyed by all. Very close to beach and town! Will book again!

Our first look at the house when we arrived was not good. It was by far the worst looking house in the neighborhood. The weeds were out of control, like no one did yard work for months, both the front and back yard. In the backyard there is artificial turf but all around the outside of the turf line and the putting green the weeds were large. I did not call at all, but the 2nd day their yard crew came and worked the entire day, filled their pickup up. We went to the beach most of the day while they worked. I gave the men a beverage. Five star yard after that, just lovely! The house was amazing and perfect. I loved that it had 4 full bathrooms! I loved the kitchen. The gas stove is powerful with the first ignition, just took getting to know the stove. The kitchen was so nice though. Wishing they offered a Keurig coffee maker as well as the regulone they had. We loved the large dinner table, we had many game nights. The kids loved the putt

We loved the house, the layout and how well stocked it was. We walked to shops, went to the beach, baked in the kitchen, enjoyed the hot tub and did puzzles. Would definitely recommend for families.

Lovely home away from home

This home has everything a family could need for the perfect vacation. Games, hot tub, TVs and the most beautiful kitchen I have seen in a rental. Location is perfect and so close to the beach. I can’t wait to return.

A delightful property. The house is roomy, loaded with all the amenities a family could want for time on the Coast, and very walkable to the beach. This was our second time renting this house, and we look forward to our next rental of this property.

Best location

The house was perfectly set up for our family to spread out and enjoy a relaxing week. A block and a half from the beach, around the corner from Manzanita’s Main Street. This spot has everything you need.

Great spot

This house is perfectly nestled on a dead end close to shops and restaurants and the beach - a quick walk to grab coffee then stroll along the ocean. The kiddos loved the town’s park which was a quick walk from the house as well.

Great location and great house

Can’t beat the location. House was well stocked and a great layout for multiple families. The backyard was perfect for hanging out- for kids and adults. Only thing better would be a bbq out back. Would book this house again.
