From there, step into the heart of the home — a spacious open-plan living area featuring a dining table, a well-equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, comfy couches, a TV, and a cozy fireplace.

The living room flows seamlessly onto the sunny patio, complete with a gas braai/BBQ, outdoor dining space, and a retractable shade awning — perfect for relaxed meals or sundowners with stunning views.

Upstairs, you’ll find three generous bedrooms, all with built-in cupboards. Two of the bedrooms include sit-down desks/dressing tables, making the space ideal for families, groups, or longer stays. The full bathroom includes a bath, vanity, toilet, and shower, providing everything you need for comfort and convenience.

The guesthouse is a semi-detached unit with its own entrance and full, private use of the designated areas. On the patio you may on occasion see the other side of the house and their patio/garden area.
