Located on the first floor, the unit features a private balcony overlooking the main ground-floor pool, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay. From the balcony, you can also enjoy a partial view of the ocean in the distance.



Please note that while the unit has pool views, access to the pool is through the common areas and not directly from the unit.

Inside the studio, you will find:

A king-size bed in the main area

A bunk bed near the kitchenette, suitable for additional guests

Two full bathrooms, offering extra comfort and privacy

Our studio is conveniently located within walking distance of La Cruz de Huanacaxtle Marina and Seafood Market, where you can enjoy fresh seafood and local flavors.

Just steps away along the beach, you’ll find La Manzanilla Beach and Alamar Beach Club. A short drive will take you to Punta Mita, known for its beaches and dining options. Puerto Vallarta International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away.

The area offers a relaxed coastal atmosphere with easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy thanks to the studio’s location. You can walk to the marina and nearby beach areas.

For longer distances, taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available. Bucerías, Punta Mita, and Puerto Vallarta are all a short drive away.

While some areas of the resort are still being completed, this will not affect your accommodation experience.
