The Space:

This oceanfront studio offers a thoughtfully designed open-concept space curated for your comfort.



The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, ideal for unwinding after a sun-soaked day at the beach.



The private full bathroom includes fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.



The kitchenette is compact yet well equipped for light meals, with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator.



A private balcony with ocean views is the perfect setting for a sunrise coffee or a relaxed evening.



Please note: the pool is a communal resort pool shared with other guests; the studio does not have a private pool.



Guest Access:

Self check-in. We provide a personal access code so you can enter the studio at your convenience within the established check-in window, with no waiting and no front-desk lines. We do not keep permanent staff on site, but we are always reachable by message for anything you need during your stay.

Getting Around:

The condominium is in Mareazul, Playa del Carmen, with easy access to transportation:



- From the airport: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is about a 50-minute drive.

- To downtown: Reach Fifth Avenue and the town center by taxi or rideshare (Uber is widely available).

- Public transit: Nearby bus stops connect to points across the city and to top tourist destinations.

- Parking: Complimentary street parking is available if you rent a car to explore the Riviera Maya.



Other Things to Note:

Good to know before you book:



- There ir no kitchen just a small kitchennette

- The pool is a communal resort pool, not a private pool or jacuzzi (no heating, no pressure jets).

- All guests must follow the good-neighbor policy. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

- Before arrival we will request a photo of the official ID of each guest staying, plus signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us comply with building rules and keep good relations with neighbors.

- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, dogs, geckos, spiders, scorpions). Please respect them and avoid leaving food outside.

- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap). Extra cleaning or replenishment is available for an additional cost.

- For the A/C to work properly, keep doors and windows closed while it is on and do not set it below 21C.
