Built in 2021, this three-bedroom holiday apartment covers an area of 93 m² and is luxuriously appointed. It is located in Pattere, has its own entrance, and offers the following amenities:

- Two bedrooms with double beds and flat-screen TVs.
- A modern bathroom with a rain shower and a hairdryer.
- A further bathroom with a toilet and washbasin.
- A fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, a four-ring ceramic hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine including capsules for the day of arrival, a kettle with a fine selection of teas, and a toaster.
- The kitchen features a spacious dining table, along with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed.
- Free Wi-Fi is available.
- Access is via a code system, so there is no need to hand over keys.

The flat can accommodate up to 6 people, with two double beds and a sofa bed.

On request, we are happy to provide a cot and a high chair. Please do let us know!
