The landscape and surroundings are characterised by strong nature and not by huge buildings or factories. The 7 km long, fine sandy beach is wide and uncrowded even in high season. The crystal clear, shallow blue water is particularly suitable for children and the air is clean for everyone. The area also offers numerous opportunities for leisure activities, such as long walks by the sea in the fresh morning air or water sports and group games. There are great opportunities for excursions both to world-famous cities and to the Cilento hinterland, where nature and rural culture, not to mention food culture, are at their best.
The flat is just 10 minutes from the centre of Marina di Ascea. You can reach the supermarket in a few minutes by car and just as easily the bank, restaurants or the archaeological excavations of Elea-Velia. Benedetta's house combines all the features that guarantee a carefree holiday by the sea. The lower floor of the house is occupied by the owner. The car park, which is at your disposal, is on the right side of the house, the staircase leading to the entrance of the attic is behind the house.
