Multi-Unit Building: This home is part of a 4-unit building (quadruplex). While your unit is completely private, you may see or hear neighbors in the common areas or parking area.

The Neighborhood: Little Bay is a peaceful, residential area. It is much quieter than the main Virginia Beach oceanfront

Important Note for Mid-Term Stays

Because this property is a mid-term rental (30+ nights minimum), we require an external screening process for all our guests. Please review these mandatory requirements before booking

All guests must complete a background and credit check via RentSpree within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

There is a screening fee of approximately $39 to $59, paid directly by the guest (non-refundable).

No felonies
No eviction history

Strict Policy: Failure to complete the screening process within the 24-hour window, or failure to meet the criteria listed above, will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation.

After we confirm the screening process, we also require all guests to acquire Renters Insurance
