This West Hollywood home is a refined retreat offering space, privacy, and seamless indoor outdoor living in the heart of the city. Soaring ceilings, abundant natural light, and an open layout create a grand yet comfortable feel throughout. With four bedrooms, multiple outdoor decks, a renovated pool, and gated privacy, the home is ideal for longer stays just steps from Melrose Place.

Making its debut on the rental market, this home arrives fully refreshed and ready to impress. A brand new pool and all new outdoor furniture bring the backyard to life, while inside a new dining room and refreshed interiors throughout signal that no detail was overlooked.

This West Hollywood home is designed for extended stays and offers a rare sense of scale, privacy, and indoor-outdoor living in one of the city’s most walkable neighborhoods. From the moment you enter, soaring ceilings and expansive windows create an immediate feeling of openness and light.

The main living level features an open layout that flows from the living room into the kitchen and dining areas. A large TV anchors the living space, while the kitchen centers around a generous island that works well for cooking, entertaining, or daily living during a longer stay. Natural light wraps the first floor throughout the day.

Large pocket doors open fully to the backyard, creating a true indoor-outdoor experience. The pool has been recently renovated with new tile, and updated landscaping surrounds the outdoor areas, making the yard feel calm, private, and usable throughout the day.

The home includes multiple seating and lounge areas, both indoors and out, allowing guests to spread out comfortably. Near the entry, a shaded outdoor seating area offers a quiet place to relax away from the pool.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are oversized and well separated for privacy. The primary suite features a beautifully remodeled bathroom and direct access to a private deck. Three additional bedrooms each include en suite bathrooms and are separated by outdoor patios, allowing everyone to enjoy their own space.

Several upper-level decks provide additional outdoor living areas, ideal for enjoying fresh air and city breezes. A dedicated desk and work area make this home especially well-suited for remote work and longer stays.

The gated entry provides privacy and security, while the location places you just blocks from shopping, dining, and daily essentials. Once inside the property, the home feels quiet and removed from the surrounding energy.

This property is located approximately 11.5 miles miles from Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and 11.5 miles miles from SoFi Stadium.

Guests will have access to the entire home. There will be no one else on the property, other than the weekly gardener and pool service, unless otherwise discussed with you in advance.

This home is located in the heart of West Hollywood, just steps from Melrose Place and Santa Monica Boulevard. The neighborhood is known for its walkability, world-class dining, designer shopping, and everyday conveniences, all within a few blocks. Despite the central location, the home itself feels quiet, private, and residential.

Most people choose to have a car when visiting Southern California. There are an abundant amount of unique and significant attractions within two hours of this home. If you’re an explorer, we recommend a car.

If you’re the type who wants to arrive and relax at the house on your vacation, Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

24 Hour Communication: Our team is available 24/7 while you`re staying with us. If anything comes up during your stay, day or night, you`ll always be able to reach a real person via text, app or phone call.

By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed.

There is a 10-day grace period to return any items taken from the home at check-out. Replacement costs will be charged if items are not received within 10 days.

This is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.

Utility usage is included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use may result in additional charges.

- By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement.

- Please note that in the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a legal CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed!

- Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check-out. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in an additional charge of up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.

- Any unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight without prior written approval from the host. Additional guests may result in an additional charge.

- Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard heating rate is $50 per night to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees. Heating to 85 degrees is an additional $30 per night, while heating to 90 degrees is an additional $75 per night. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.

- Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges. If applicable, payment for utility overages is due within 14 days of check-out.
