We had a great time at Kokomo Kove. The listing and photos are very accurate. The house is in the Chateau Cove neighborhood. There are two pools that our kids enjoyed. While the view is only a partial lake view at best, it's a great location with easy access to SDC and all that Branson has to offer. We used every part of the house, including the grill, hot tub, and especially the massage chair. We hiked down the short trail to the lake. The host is very professional and quick to respond to any requests. We feel we got a great value for the price and would definitely recommend this property to families of all sizes.

It sounds like you made full use of the property, from the grill and hot tub to the massage chair and the trail down to the lake. We’re especially happy the kids enjoyed both pools! I have stayed in several nice vacation homes but this one topped them all. I was impressed with how clean the floors were (I usually have to buy a mop in vacation rentals because the floors are usually sticky from someone using too much floor cleaner). I did not need to mop the floors in this house. The kitchen was stocked beyond our expectations. The extra kitchen downstairs was a nice bonus too. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms weren't crowded and had plenty of space for luggage and plenty of drawers to put your clothes in. The furniture is arranged well and the decor is very welcoming. Everyone loved the house and were impressed at how nice and big it was. The rooms seem to be sound proof as we didn't hear anyone talking, snoring, or tv's from the other rooms. That massage chair was a hit for all the adults after walking around all day. We were all thinking.. we need this in our lives and thinking of possibilities of how we could fit one of those in our smaller houses lol. Communication was awesome, they would leave a welcoming or positive message every day asking if we were enjoying our vacation with a reminder to let them know if we needed anything. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great time and will plan to look for this company again if we have another family reunion in Branson.
