Downtown Home Directly on Greenway, Nice Deck! #C
This unit C is located directly on the Greenway (a trail that connects to downtown through greenspace), with a nice back deck. Enjoy being centrally located downtown while benefiting from the peace and open space of being on the Greenway. Take a peaceful 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride (there is a city bikeshare station just outside) along a paved trail through the Greenway to the new Downtown Transfer Co. Food Hall, or take a 3-minute drive to the heart of Downtown Raleigh.
The space
This is a unit in a ground-floor, single-level quadplex home directly facing the Greenway for great views and an open, relaxing feel, which you may enjoy on the spacious back deck.
There is a good amount of off-street parking available directly in front of your unit door for ease and convenience.
One of the bedrooms has a desk and deck chair for working. There is a mesh WiFi system for strong coverage throughout the property and fast cable WiFi speeds of up to 300 Mbps.
Enjoy a peaceful 20-minute walk on the Greenway to the Downtown Transfer Co. Food Hall, featuring a dozen trendy food and beverage options in a cool indoor space. Or take a 3-minute drive to the heart of Downtown Raleigh, near the Duke Performing Arts Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Raleigh Convention Center, historic Moore Square, and many great restaurants and bars. This is a newly renovated apartment with a sleek, modern style, featuring two bedrooms with queen-size beds and one full bathroom.

Enjoy a Keurig coffee, go for a jog on the paved Greenway trail just steps from your front door, or explore over 100 miles of connected trails throughout Raleigh’s parks and riverside paths. Walk 20 minutes to get some of the most popular bagels in Raleigh from Benchwarmers Bagels in the Transfer Co. Food Hall.
You can also rent an electric scooter or use the city bike share to explore downtown, visit the State Capitol, enjoy nearby breweries like Bhavana Brewery and Trophy Brewing, walk the cobblestone streets of Historic City Market, or attend a show at the Duke Performing Arts Center, Red Hat Amphitheater, Raleigh Convention Center, or Lincoln Theatre—all within a 25-minute walk or 3-minute drive. Or simply relax and watch a movie on the Roku in the cozy living room.

Guest/Visitor Policy:
Please make sure you are booking for the correct number of guests. The nightly rate is based on guest count, so if you need to increase your guest count after booking, the rate may increase and any price difference must be paid.
Please understand that the number of guests you booked for is the maximum number allowed on the property, including visitors who do not stay overnight. I am a reasonable host and allow one or two short-term visitors during your stay. You do not need to notify me if you plan to have 1–2 short-term visitors (not staying overnight). However, if you plan to have more than 2 visitors at any time, or additional overnight guests beyond your reservation, you must request approval and update your guest count. This may result in a rate adjustment.
Unauthorized guests or visitors will void the rental agreement. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Outdoor security cameras (which do not view inside the property) are used to monitor guest and pet compliance.
Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed with a $50 fee per pet for stays of 4 nights or fewer. (Fees may be higher for longer stays—please inquire before booking.) You must inform me about any pets in your initial VRBO message.
The pet fee is paid after booking and is not included in the booking price collected by VRBO, whether or not pets are indicated in the reservation.
Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds and clean up any waste in the yard.
I want guests to be able to check in as early as possible. Due to the volume of linens that must be laundered between guests and limited turnaround time, the washer/dryer may occasionally have linens inside so another load can run after the cleaner leaves. You are welcome to use the washer/dryer, but may need to remove a load to do so. If you know in advance that you will need to use the washer/dryer and prefer it to be empty, please let me know before check-in.
While you are welcome to use the washer and dryer, I do not provide laundry detergent.
