The Pacific Ocean is a powerful and ever-changing force. From time to time, tides and waves may bring driftwood, seaweed, or ocean debris. Our team works diligently to clean and maintain the beachfront each day, but nature often leaves its signature behind.

As with any coastal destination, mosquitoes, insects, and local wildlife are part of the environment. They are generally more noticeable during the warmer months but may be present year-round. We encourage guests to bring insect repellent and embrace the experience of living close to nature.

The journey to EL AZAR is part of the adventure. Although very safe, the 3 km access road is unpaved in sections and can sometimes be rough, dusty, or uneven depending on weather conditions. While the drive may require a little patience, guests consistently tell us that the breathtaking ocean views, tranquility, and sense of escape are more than worth the journey.

EL AZAR operates with deep respect for the environment. Private wells supply our water, and our energy is generated through a solar power system. These resources are precious and allow us to offer a sustainable off-grid experience. Six charming villas nestled just behind the oceanfront houses, can accommodate 2 - 3 guests and feature a Queen and a Twin sofa bed in each room, in an inviting 15 m² space that includes a private full bathroom, closet, cozy sitting area, coffee maker, microwave, and minibar fridge/freezer. From each villa, guests can enjoy beautiful views of both the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains, creating a perfect balance of coastal and natural serenity.

Step through wide glass doors that open to panoramic views of sea and sky. The living spaces are open and inviting, with covered porcelain walls and soft natural fabrics that echo the coastal landscape. Each room is bathed in golden light, carrying the warmth of the tropics and the serenity of mindful living.

Outside each private patio, a sparkling pool is shared by the three neighboring villas, offering a refreshing oasis that you can slide right into. These thoughtfully designed villas combine relaxation, convenience, and a touch of coastal elegance for an unforgettable stay in Playa Las Garzas, Huatulco, Mexico. These come equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. An outdoor BBQ area also exists for all 6 villas to share.

At the front of the estate are two expansive ocean-facing homes:
• One 4-bedroom residence Casa Oceana Sol
• One 5-bedroom residence Casa Oceana Blue

Each home is approx 75 m2 and is reserved exclusively for one group, offering privacy, space, and uninterrupted ocean views! Both are equipped with a full kitchen, dining and living room areas, a patio, and an outdoor BBQ area.

Villas Oceana with Private Pools
Just behind the homes are six independent villas, each accommodating up to three guests with a queen and a twin bed. These come equipped with a microwave, a mini fridge, and a coffee maker. An outdoor BBQ area also exists for all 6 villas to share. Every villa features its own deep pool and enjoys both ocean and mountain views.

Set just beyond are six spacious, two-level villas overlooking the main pool area. Each villa includes:
