There is a king bed in the room downstairs. Upstairs there are two rooms with one king bed and one room with one queen bed. There is also a loft with one twin bed. There is also one trundle bed that can be used in the livingroom downstairs.



This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter.



Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants! A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing. The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest.



We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!



Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.



Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 dog. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog. Please note without prior knowledge to HomeBeds there will be an additional non-refundable charge, so be sure to advise us BEFORE you travel.



No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00



Other Things to Note:

Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) which is not included with your booking. The State of California requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest staying 30 days or less. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here is the tax percentages associated with your stay:TOT = 10% + TID= 4% total of 14%



Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
