Villa Keo - Beautiful 7-bedroom villa

Inspired by travelers we have been hosting guests since 2008. Having had my own hotel, together with my husband - married since 2009 - from Belgium, we have build plenty of experience to assist any guest to Siem Reap. We master communication in several languages and know the ever-changing city of Siem Reap and the activities and sights in the surrounding very well. I'm friendly outgoing and care to hear every visitor is at ease. I'm very available and ready to assist anywhere necessary. I oversea the rooms and common areas prior to your arrival. I'll be the one personally welcoming you on arrival whether at the airport or at the villa. I'm also sending you our groceries list, so you can have what you require setup prior to your arrival at the villa. I'm at the head of the concierge team ready to provide any arrangements and to ensure the quality of your stay with us. Together with the villa team we have setup a great menu for food or set menu's for lunch and dinner. Feel free to ask me what is required, I'd be happy to assist in any way.

Villa Keo sits on a quiet road approximately 15 minutes by tuk-tuk from the Old Market — a location we chose specifically because of the extraordinary parcel of land it sits on. Finding 6,600 m² of private grounds anywhere near Siem Reap's centre is simply not possible; this address gives large groups and families room to breathe, wander, and truly unwind. The surroundings feel rural and unspoilt while remaining entirely practical for day trips to Angkor Wat and the city's restaurants.

With 6,600 m² of grounds and 1,600 m² of indoor living space, Villa Keo is one of the largest private villas in the Rose Apple collection. Six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 4.5 × 13 m saltwater pool, and sprawling tropical gardens make it the natural choice for big groups, multi-family gatherings, or any occasion that calls for serious space. The property's natural airflow, big-sky garden, and artistic interiors create an atmosphere that feels both expansive and intimate. Villa Keo is also events-friendly, accommodating 40 to 50 guests at standard rates with larger capacities available. Pets are welcome, and the dedicated Rose Apple concierge team ensures every guest — however many there are — is looked after.
