Designed for both relaxation and fun, this outdoor space creates the perfect setting for making memories—day or night.


[Pool use]
• Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
• By using the pool, guests agree to accept full responsibility for their safety, and the host is not liable for any accidents or injuries.
• Children must be supervised at all times.

*Note: A pool robot runs regularly to keep the pool clean and ready for you. Please remove it before swimming for your safety and place it back afterward. If you prefer it removed during your stay, please let us know!*


[Parking & Security]
• Parking: Spacious driveway (3 cars) + street parking
• Security: Exterior Ring camera (front door) and outdoor cameras only. No cameras inside the home.
• Safety Gear: Fire extinguishers, fire blankets, and emergency kits are placed throughout the home.


[ Quiet hours]
10 PM – 7 AM
Please keep outdoor noise to a minimum during this time and no parties during your stay.


[Pets]
No pets allowed due to family allergies


[A Few Friendly Notes]
• Our mature trees provide great privacy, but occasional leaves may visit the pool. Regular pest control is in place, but Texas "critters" can sometimes appear.
• You might hear a friendly neighbor’s dog “saying hi” during the day, but she stays indoors at night. If she ever gets a bit too talkative, just let us know!

Guest access
Guests have full access to all 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, game room, laundry room, and backyard.

Please note that storage cabinets in the game room are locked for supplies.

[HOUSE RULES]

We’re excited to host you! To keep things comfortable, safe, and enjoyable for everyone, please take a quick look at our house rules:

1. No parties or events
We kindly ask that you avoid parties, events, or large gatherings during your stay.

2. Guest limit: 10 (including visitors)
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
If you plan to have visitors, just make sure the total number of people never exceeds 8. Please keep your guest count accurate when booking.

3. Local bookings
If you’re local, please reach out before booking so we can confirm in advance.

4. Quiet hours (10 PM – 8 AM)
Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.

5. Pool use
Enjoy the pool, but please use it responsibly and at your own risk.
Children should always be supervised, and we’d appreciate keeping noise down during quiet hours.

6. No pets
Pets are not allowed at the property due to a host allergy.

7. No smoking indoors
Smoking is not allowed inside the home.

8. No illegal drugs
We ask that no illegal substances be brought onto the property.
