The Space:

San Simian is a Lolo Interiors-designed home in Palm Springs' storied Movie Colony, a neighborhood that has long attracted design-minded travelers for good reason. The interiors feel genuinely editorial: exposed wood beam ceilings soar over a great room anchored by a statement zellige tile fireplace, and curated artwork carries through every room. The result is a home that feels as thoughtful as it is livable.



The main house offers three bedrooms and a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, floor-to-ceiling glass in the dining room opens directly onto the pool and yard. The private casita adds a fourth bedroom with its own en-suite bath and living area, ideal for guests who want their own retreat. Outside, a covered pergola with lounge seating, sun loungers, a fire pit, and BBQ surround the private pool and spa. The bocce and cornhole court rounds out what is genuinely one of the most complete outdoor setups in the area.



Everything is within easy reach: Cheeky's famous bacon flight is across the street, Workshop Kitchen+Bar and Maleza are a short walk, and downtown Palm Springs' boutiques and galleries are a block away.

Guests of all vacation rentals in The City of Palm Springs must follow the Good Neighbor policy which includes the following rules & regs: the primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign a short term rental agreement onsite. All adult guests are required to print and sign names to confirm they have read and understood the Good Neighbor Brochure which is available in the home. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day, and quiet time is between 10pm and 10am. We kindly ask that you be mindful and respectful of the surrounding community so everyone can enjoy their time. These rules are not unique to Luxus Vacation Properties and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs.
