We appreciate your feedback however, we respectfully disagree with your characterization of the stay. While you mentioned that family and friends would be gathering at the property, this did not exempt your group from following the house rules, particularly those regarding quiet hours and respect for our neighbors. During the stay, we experienced issues involving excessive outdoor noise, loud shouting, and a fire outside during quiet hours. We contacted you to address these concerns and remind you of the property's rules but you completely ignored our calls on purpose. As hosts, we have a responsibility to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors and ensure our property is used appropriately. Regarding your concerns about surveillance, our security cameras are in place for property security and are not used for racial profiling. We take such allegations seriously and firmly disagree with this characterization. We also disagree with the claim that the property was left clean and in good condition. Following your departure, we observed stains on the carpet, scratches along interior walls, and other issues throughout the home that required our attention. Taking out the garbage does not address these concerns or negate the importance of leaving the property in its original condition. We welcome guests who respect our home, follow the established house rules, and consider the well being of our neighbors. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
