You will sleep soundly on a comfortable Queen bed. The living area features a Smart TV for your entertainment, and a versatile bar/island that comfortably seats two and serves as your dining space. Please note there is currently no TV located in the bedroom.
Your stay is made convenient with essential amenities, including the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer located right in the unit for in-unit laundry. Shared Wi-Fi access is available for all guests, but please note that you will NOT be able to connect to the internet via hard wire.
The property is nestled within a quiet residential community. Parking includes one dedicated parking space available for this unit. Additional street parking is available on the parallel streets on either side of the property, specifically Cassan Street or Mathews Ave.

It’s also important that you list all guests included in the reservation at the time of booking. Additional visitors must be approved in advance.
This is a self-check-in property using a digital door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.

Nestled directly across from Pullman Yards, the area provides a vibrant lifestyle for guests with high walkability, proximity to MARTA, and easy access to local attractions, walkable parks, restaurants, and entertainment options. You are a short walk to popular spots like Fox Bros Bar-B-Q and located near Little Five Points. Furthermore, the unit is conveniently positioned only 4 miles from Downtown Atlanta, 6.5 miles from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, and 13 miles from Hartsfield Jackson Airport.
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located 13 miles from the property.
There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, there are train/subway and Marta (bus) transportation options too.

We`ve designed our space to feel cozy and inviting. Just a gentle heads-up: due to the nature of the building, you may occasionally hear sounds from our neighboring guests. We appreciate everyone`s understanding and kindness in being mindful of noise levels.
*Pet Policy: We are not pet friendly.
*Booking Requirements: Travelers must be 25 years or older to book. Guests with no prior reviews are required to send a copy of their government-issued photo ID upon confirmation. A Rental Agreement must be signed upon booking.
*No Smoking/Drugs: No smoking of any kind (vaping, cannabis, tobacco, etc.) is allowed inside the home. A $250 penalty will be assessed if evidence is found. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited.
*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed in your reservation. Unapproved guests incur a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Parties/events require advanced approval.
*Check-out: Check-out is strictly 11 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fee.
*Damages: Renters agree to cover charges for damages or necessary extra-cleaning costs.
*Shipments: Do not use the property address for any type of package shipment.
*Furniture: Please avoid moving the furniture.
*PLEASE NOTE that this is a duplex, so the walls are a bit thin. You will be able to hear your neighbors!

*Occupancy & Events: The number of guests cannot exceed those listed on your reservation. Unapproved extra guests are subject to a $50 fee per person or may result in immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. Parties and events are not permitted without advanced written approval, and restrictions apply. No tents or other temporary structures may be set up on the property grounds.
*Check-out: Check-out is promptly at 11:00 AM. Unapproved late checkouts will incur a $50 fee.
*Damages & Cleaning: By booking, renters agree to be responsible for all costs related to any damages that occur during their stay and any necessary extra-cleaning charges required after check-out.
