Note: For the World Cup I have added YouTube TV (with the 4K option) so you can watch the games showing on ABC, Fox, and FS1 on the big screen in the theater room or on TVs elsewhere in the house. Or watch the Hallmark Channel, if you prefer. I plan to provide YouTube TV through the summer at least.

* A spacious in Home Theater that comfortably seats 6+ guests.
* A main floor Ping Pong room to challenge and sharpen one’s skill across the net with their opponent.
* An incredibly spacious, well equipped kitchen with many amenities including a Smoothie Bar to whip up your favorite drink or a desk to relax and work if needed.
* The Master bedroom is a private Oasis in itself, offering a soaking tub, a comfortable sitting area and a coffee station for a first cup of coffee in the morning to start the day!
* Central air conditioning — Even on hot days you can have a cool, private oasis.
* A fire pit table on the deck that can be used with the heat or with the center covered for playing games, etc. Will soon be surrounded by pergola with roof that can be opened or closed.

Just a short, easy walk (of about 400 meters/yards) from the Hindu Temple & Cultural Center, and less than a mile from Park Ridge Chapel Community Church, this home is ideal for families, groups, or anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and room to unwind.

The adorable space features two queen beds and one full bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests enjoy three bathrooms, two with bidets, each equipped with a shower and/or bathtub for a pleasant start or end to the day. The house offers heating and central air conditioning to keep the atmosphere just right, along with a theater (with 10’ movie screen), ping-pong room, and gym.

Whether you’re relaxing indoors or getting ready for an outing, the enchanting setting makes every moment feel special. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at my place.

Disney+ and Hulu ad-free are included free of charge in the theater and on all TVs. You can watch other services (like Netflix) with your own account. Some offer free trial periods.

Theater includes 7.1 surround sound and 126” screen, with images provided by a 4K UHD projector.

Peloton Bike+ subscription is included and can be used for biking or for other Peloton classes (yoga, stretching, etc.). This upscale version of their bike includes a swivel screen that can be turned around for other classes and the Peloton subscription works from all the TVs and from the theater projector through the Peloton app. This Bike+ has cages on the clip pedals, so can be used with sneakers or clip in shoes.
