A Surfer's Dream. Casa Siestas Y Olas or "Naps and Waves" sleeps up to 6 in a main house and tower. Starlink Internet equipped with easy access to everything San Juanico has to offer from this private beachfront home. Nestled at the high point in town on the hill overlooking First Point beach, this beautiful and unique home is walking distance to world class surf, restaurants, fishing spots and is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with minimal light pollution, resulting in a magical star-filled night sky.

Casa Siestas Y Olas is located on the hill about 250 ft. from the waters edge above the sand dunes of First Point, on the edge of town. The house is situated on a quiet and peaceful street across from the inactive old white Church with a stunning 270 degree view of the water and the surrounding town from the roof deck. There are also modest ocean views from inside the house and a nice view of the ocean from the outside patio. You can walk to most anywhere in town from here, including Bahia restaurant which is located just down the hill right on the water.

The house is divided into two main buildings:

The main house features a master suite with a private bathroom and walk-in closet with an additional bed for a younger (or older) child/adult to accommodate an extra guest.

There is a comfortable connected living room and kitchen that create the main hang out area in the house. The kitchen is a well equipped "chef's kitchen" ready for some fun home cooked meals during your stay. We have one additional twin bed in the corner of the living room area for relaxing or extra guests.

The second building consists of a full outdoor accessable bathroom and a second story roof deck tower bedroom that is 15 ft. away from the main house and forms a protected (from sun and wind) area for relaxing. This lower patio overlooks the water towards 2nd and 3rd Point. The patio has a large table with four chairs and two lounge seats. The unique detached tower bedroom featrues a queen bed with not much else! It's a fun bedroom attached to the stunning roof deck with a whitewater view of 2nd Point. There is a large full bathroom below the tower that is accessable from outside for patio or tower bedroom use.

The house offers a fabulous blend of cozy and practical spaces, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this superb home provides a welcoming retreat.

Our yard is relatively private and has a horseshoe court towards the bottom. There is also limited room for croquet or bacci ball or a peaceful walk amongst the trees and plants.
