Stay here! This property is immaculate and perfect for a getaway in Saugatuck. Amazing remodel has high end finishes with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The front porch is very cozy and perfect to watch a movie, listen to music, read a book or spend time with your fellow travelers. One of the best properties we’ve rented with amazing and responsive hosts.

The cottage was very beautifully renovated with high end finishes. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A pleasant walk through the neighborhood to town. I would definitely recommend to fellow travelers:) The street/sidewalks are under construction. There was parking on the side yard for 2 cars. We were traveling in 3 cars. When I inquired about parking our 3rd car safely without fear of tow or ticket, I received an automated response.....not once but twice! This was from the management company not the owners. No solution was suggested. A personal touch goes a long way!

Our family of four loved the accommodations and location. The house has modern amenities and is great for a small group. The three-season porch provided a wonderful place to relax, eat, and play games. We rented bicycles for our entire stay (shout out to In The Elements) and were able to bike to area beaches and around town. Work was underway while we were there to construct sidewalks in the area, so although we enjoyed closed roads and early morning construction traffic during our stay, future guests will appreciate the added convenience of new sidewalks.

This house was lovely and clean- everything looked brand new and was in good working order. Amenities/supplies were very minimal and the sheets, pillows, toilet paper, and tissues were terrible. The worst part of the stay was that there was road and sidewalk construction right outside of the house that included loud noise and a lot of workmen that started early in the morning and lasted into the evening. Before booking this place checking to see if construction has ended is highly recommended.

Fantastic House

We always enjoy our stay at Rise 'N Shine - it is a beautiful and well maintained property. It is close enough to downtown Saugatuck for a stroll for dinner, and far enough away so as to avoid the crowds of summer visitors. First rate in all respects!
