The lake view from this property was fantastic! We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the property and I’m not sure it was thoroughly cleaned prior to our stay (dry, crusty food splatter in the microwave, food crumbs on the really dirty sofas and partially eaten food in the fridge). The check in and check out process was smooth but we won’t stay in this unit in the future.

I was never contacted by the renters to advise of any concerns about the property. I personally inspected this unit prior to this stay and none of this was present. We have never had any concerns with the cleanliness of this unit. I wish that we had been made aware and could have addressed any concerns.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The place was amazing, incredibly clean, comfortable, and so practical, especially for the price. It honestly exceeded our expectations, and I’ve never stayed somewhere that offered such a great combination of quality, comfort, location, and value. It’s the perfect place whether you’re traveling with your family and kids or getting together with a group of buddies for a golf trip. There was plenty of space, everything we needed was right there, and the location couldn’t have been better. The lake view was absolutely incredible and really made the stay feel even more special. You can tell the owners take great pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained. For the price, I truly don’t think you could find a better place. We had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. I’ve never stayed somewhere better and couldn’t recommend this place more!

We had our family and grandkids together at Total Consciousness for a few days and had such a great time! It’s getting harder to get everyone in the same place at the same time, so having the whole family together at the lake was pretty special.The location is ideal, next to excellent restaurants, lake access, and many amenities. I think my favorite part was the screened-in deck. I’d have my coffee out there in the morning before everyone got moving, and somehow we all seemed to end up back out there again at night. The view of the lake is beautiful and close to many fun spots to check out. The grandkids loved the pool and being on the water, and having a boat slip right there made things so much easier. There was plenty of room in the condo for everyone, which is important when you have grandkids all under one roof!The condo was clean and comfortable, but more than anything it just felt like a nice and easy gathering place for our family to be together. This would also be a great long term rental because it spacious, comfortable and located close to everything. We are already talking about coming back.

We loved our stay at Total Consciousness on Lake of the Ozarks! The home was beautiful, well-furnished, spotlessly clean, and right on the water!! We loved sitting on the deck and staring out over the lake, watching all the boats and activity. Sleeping with the lake right outside the master suite floor-to-ceiling windows, with the soft sound of the waves, almost felt like you were staying in a house boat (without the motion sickness ;)!!Great location with many good restaurants and activities nearby. We enjoyed some great steak and seafood at Baxter's Lakeside Grille with amazing views over the lake. The nearby Li'l Rizzo's had a quaint atmosphere with outside deck seating and delicious Italian pasta. Several great golf courses nearby ... we enjoyed the beautiful Osage National Golf Course.Both swimming pools on property offered a nice retreat to relax and soak in some sun. The tennis and pickleball courts looked very nice (although we didn't have a chance to use).Communication with the host was easy and smooth. Overall great experience. Highly recommend for your next Lake of the Ozarks getaway!!
