We had a lovely time visiting and being close to so many things to do on the outer Cape. Overall it was clean, spiders may have moved in since last guests. Kitchen has a plenty of kitchen items/dishes for just about any meal you would make and china dish set for entertaining. The Braun coffee maker did not work and error code indicated that it needed to be cleaned and descaled. Fortunately, was able to use the old percolator pot after I found the cord. Pictures on website of the inside are outdated. Walls have been painted and couches replaced really making it seem bigger and more modern than we expected. The beds were not the most comfortable but there was quite the selection of various pillows to find the one that was just right for your comfort and added blankets in closet. The chairs shown for the outside fire pit are not there. We did find some small beach chairs in the shed by outdoor shower. On days it rained the selection of games in closet was a life saver for something to do. Yard is large and private.

This home was perfect for an early June beach getaway. The photos are a bit outdated, as the living room furniture has been updated. There was plenty of space for two adults and one child. The mattresses were a bit squeaky and the top bunk bed did not have a guard rail, otherwise the bedrooms were comfortable. The property is in an excellent, quiet neighborhood about a mile from Nauset Light beach, and had a spacious yard with a nice fire pit.

Perfect size and location

This place was great! Very close to the beach and big backyard with a fire pit was awesome to have at night. Couldn’t ask for much more for a weekend away with friends.

Nice place to relax

The house is really nice, huge backyard to play, bbq and so on. The beach is close so you can walk there and enjoy the day. Perfect location to visit different towns in Cape Cod.

Perfect Stop

Awesome house and location for a relaxing weekend! We were able to easily get to the beach every morning, the neighborhood was peaceful, and relaxed on the deck/in the yard every evening. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Eastham Gettaway

Centrally located close to beaches on both sides of the cape. Easy to bike to everything. Large property with plenty of room for outdoor activities and wildlife.

Small place, but good for small family. Lots of room in the yard for games of catch or lawn games around the BBQ. Washer/Dryer and dishwasher would've been nice but you get what you pay for. Overall pretty happy with the place for the location. Turkeys in the yard every morning.

Everything you need

This was a private house near the beach. Nice outdoor deck with grill and a nice private yard. The house has every basic necessity you need. Very close to all the beaches and stores. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely book again.

Rustic gem

Cozy cottage with plenty of privacy, easy access to Provincetown, and enough space to comfortably hold a group of 8. Fire pit, grill, and outdoor shower were wonderful bonuses.

This place promotes a nice time for a small group…the only drawback is the proximity to the road, though there are hedges that separate it from traffic…the rest of Queen Anne Rd. is quiet & pretty

Cozy Cabin with Well-Stocked Kitchen

This cabin has a kitchen with almost all the amenities you may need to prepare meals. We thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals together. There were ample towels provided, both for the bathroom and for the kitchen. We used the awesome grill on the deck. We enjoyed our stay at this Eastham property.

Bring spices and ice cube trays. Wish it had a washing machine. Overall nice rustic place to stay...and very quiet! And great service when we had a problem with a drain.

Nice place

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and the location was private. My only objections - there wasn't enough toilet paper, and some of the burners on the stove didn't work, which made it difficult to cook full meals. Other than that, I would recommend this place.

Suitable for our family of four

Property felt private and secluded which was nice. The accommodations were basic and comfortable for our family. The shed has beach chairs and other beach things which was a plus for us. Nauset Light beach was a short drive or 15 minute bike ride away and the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path was about a 5 minute bike ride from the property.

Perfect location & attentive management

The place is very cute, clean, and well-stocked. Location is ideal - just a mile from Nauset Light Beach. We had a small issue with the door that was immediately fixed. Can’t say enough good things about the experience. One small helpful hint for traveler packing - you’ll want to bring a hair dryer if you use one.

Nice little cabin

We had a great weekend. We enjoyed the firepit and the BBq. We were 6 girls so the outdoor shower helped us a lot to be ready on time to go out ;) The air conditionning was working well and I couldnt live without it.

Sweet place, one problem

The house is very nice, the deck is spacious, the yard is extensive. The furnishings are attractive. The listing indicates the presence of a laundry, but that does not exist. I suspect it may be VRBO listing that and the host not noticing. The WiFi was out, but a strong 5G phone signal worked for me.

Lovely stay on the cape

The house was nice - clean and tidy. The best part is the location. It’s an easy mile walk to nauset light beach but also great location for any other outer cape beaches. Great outdoor shower for post beach days. The one downside was the photos were not updated from the remodel of the furniture. The new furniture is lovely but we were looking forward to the pullout couches. Other than that it was a great house for a September cape weekend.

We love the location. The furniture has been updated compared to the pictures. The mattresses were not the most comfortable, but the couch was a good alternative. Some of the lights in the bathroom didn’t work. The closet did not function well as it kept falling. There is no washer/dryer, I think that is just a standard description. There was a very full game closet that we loved! Walking distance to the beach! WiFi was great. Had a good selection of pots and pans.
