The home was spacious and had plenty of seating for a larger family. We loved the extra storage near the parking garage to store beach equipment so it didn’t bring a bunch of sand into the home. We would absolutely return!

Large, very comfortable condo. Our family had plenty of room. Access to the beach was convenient and having the pool was a bonus! We had a few minor hiccups that the property management team addressed in a timely fashion for us. We would be happy to return here any time!

Great place! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and clean. The whole unit was spacious and clean. We loved the pool and proximity to the beach and market. We would love to book again!!

The house was very roomy, well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc. Plenty of room for everyone, spacious closets. Very nice pool.

Wonderful Property

The location was excellent and the Condo was spacious and wonderful. Very clean with all amenities needed to cook etc. It was an awesome week.

Perfect family gathering place

The place was spacious and comfortable with sleeping and seating for 8! And the ocean right outside! Even in the winter it was cozy and beautiful! The expanse and hunting for shells on an empty beach was great!

Great family spot!

This is our second year staying at Sandbridge dunes. We love th e convince of being close to the beach and the pool. This condo had a homey feeling and was well stocked on different kitchen items as well where our last was lacking. It was very kid friendly. It could have used a little extra cleaning between guests but better than other experiences.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was perfect, only a short walk across the street from the beach. This building is also in a good location,close to a general store and getting in/out of sandbridge. Parking was good, with plenty of spots during our stay. Keyless entry was easy. Pool was nice and kid friendly. Overall, i would stay here again.

Perfectly Located and well appointed!

Beach Delight 116 exceeded our expectations. The location couldn't be better with easy access to the beach and the Sandbridge Market across the street. It was very spacious with updated amenities and very nice furniture. The kitchen was well stocked with everything the spaced would need and there was even starter items like dishwasher soap, trash bags, and hand soap. The bathrooms have great water pressure with hot water readily available. We have stayed at Sandbridge Dunes multiple times, and this was by far the best condo so far!

Nice but...

The condo was beautiful and very clean. All the amenities of home. My rating was less than perfect due to the lack of parking for oversized vehicles and no notice that this would be an issue.

Delightful Stay

We had a great experience in 116D - A Beach Delight. The unit was more spacious than I expected based on the photos and most importantly it was clean and well kept. Another bonus - the large sectional sofa seemed new as did the washer/dryer which was nice. On our first night we noticed an issue with the lock on the patio door and maintenance responded and came to the unit immediately to address it. Overall great experience and we would definitely consider returning to the unit in the future! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Great Location & Unit

This condo is in a great spot. It’s directly across from the beach and Sandbridge Market, which has amazing donuts (if you can get them before they sell out)! Sandbridge Island restaurant is next to the market & was perfect for our first night after a very long drive in to town. The pool & complex are well maintained. I felt secure knowing the complex is gated with codes. Our unit was roomy & well equipped. The washer & dryer were great. The a/c & ceiling fans were much needed & worked well! Unfortunately it was not clean. We were able to text the management company & they helped. Overall we would recommend this unit for your stay in Sandbridge.

It was a Delight

We thought the location was great and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint was the cleaning company real needs to make sure the furniture needs to be wiped down and cleaned. Because of Covid we came in and wiped down anyway but was surprised the tops of furniture and counters were not cleaned better. The Vent in the dining area should also be vacuumed. In all the stay was great and would stay there again. Rugs in the condo were new and furniture is in great shape. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

House was nice nothing worked right TV didn’t work in two areas , no Wi-Fi . Maintenance people need to get more knowledge on repairs. . No access to fitness area . Vacasa people you talk to didn’t knew how anything worked or how to get something fixed. No one at site followed any rules that where posted no security or anyone checking on site
