For the most it was really good. The accommodations were great. Very roomy, beautiful and spacious. I was under the impression the outside pool/ outside hot tub was much closer. There were multiple condo buildings, so getting to the outside pool was a mystery. No information was given with how yo get into the inside/ outside pool, until the 2 day. The web description of the amenities (pools/hot tub, beach) and their location was misleading, and disappointing.

Great location

Close to everything in Wisconsin Dells and Baraboo. We had an issue with our rental falling through, and customer service was excellent. They made sure we were well taken care of and gave an alternate plan.

Perfect family unit for the Dells

The condo was perfect for two families. Very clean and everything was in good condition. We didn’t run into any issues during our stay. The Noah’s Ark passes were a nice perk.

Overall, the unit was fine, but there were a few anomalies. First, the garage code never worked, so we had to always open and close the garage door by accessing it from inside the house. Next, we had major hiccups when trying to sign onto the Wi-Fi, which caused us to have to use the data from our phones. Communication with the intermediary agent was not useful in solving this problem until two days before we left, even though she had told us several times that maintenance would contact us ASAP.Along with the problem with the Wi-Fi, the light switches were a conundrum. It was hard to determine which switch illuminated what, and why something didn’t come on when we switched some switches.Finally, there were no instructions on how to turn on the ceiling fans. By trial and error, we were able to turn on the one in the master bedroom, but we were never able to turn on the one in the communal area. These were inconveniences, for sure, but not big enough for us to give it a poor rating. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall a great space

Overall the space was great. We had two families staying there and essentially each had our own side of the unit, with a living area in the middle. Ample seating in the living area with several stools by the bar. Some issues with vacasa in general (poor response time, didn't have answers to specific questions, and not flexible) but the space itself and onsite manager was great.
