Welcome to our newly renovated home! Featuring 7 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 fully stocked kitchens that sleeps up to 20! It is designed with two separate living areas that allows large groups to have privacy as well as being under the same roof.

Expansive bay views from the lower partially covered bilevel deck and second floor decks!
Just a few steps to the Marina, fishing/crabbing dock, and the bay.

Lots of room to spread out inside and outside- Large yard with basketball courts and horseshoe pits in the rear!

Lower level there is a large living room with an eat in kitchen, 3 comfortable bedrooms and a pull out sofa that can sleep up to 10 guests, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area!

Upper level you will find an expansive living room with 4 bedrooms that can sleep up to 9 guest, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry area.

This floor has tons of new upgrades, including brand new kitchen and all new appliances.

There are Sonos speakers available on both the 1st and 2nd floors. All you need to do is download the Sonos app to connect and use them. Enjoy!

You’ll be only a 10-15 minute stroll to some fantastic restaurants, including Beach creek, Urie’s, the Boathouse and Santorini’s. The beach and boardwalk are 6 blocks away with plenty of parking in the convention center parking lot. Several bike are available upon request and availability status.

✦No more than 12 people are allowed on the top floor deck at one time.

✦ The reservation holder must be present and 25yrs of age or older to book*

✦No parties, no smoking ($1000 fine), will be fined for damage/stolen items.

✦ While we do not anticipate the need, in the event of repeated violations, we may have to involve local law enforcement to ensure adherence to our policies. If it becomes necessary to remove a guest, any associated expenses will be the responsibility of the guest. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting our community and our efforts to be a considerate neighbor.

Guests have access to the entire home.
Note: The garage is not accessible, but the driveway is available for use.

At no point in time should the number of individuals present inside the suite go beyond the guest count that was reserved. To ensure this in the most comfortable and least intrusive way possible, we use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite and surveillance cameras outside the property.

1) Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 11pm.

2) Excessive noise is prohibited and violators are subject to fines and penalties. If excessive noise results in disturbances to other tenants, we reserve the right to evict you and your group without refund.

3) Follow Wildwood City noise ordinance No. 627-05 (quiet hours: 10pm–8am)

If you, your group, or your reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancellation. You can do so by clicking ‘contact host’ under the listing property description and should include more about yourself and your group, age range of the group, and the total number of guests which will be at the property (whether spending the night or not):
*Local guests to the area or suburbs (within 45-minute drive) of the rental property
*University or High School students
*Reservation check-in falling within 10 days of booking

If you do not send us an inquiry prior to booking as described above, we have the right to request cancellation due to us being uncomfortable with the reservation under Airbnb’s Instant Book Policy
