Upon arrival; the house had not been cleaned. The beds were unmade, there was hair all over the bathrooms, dirty towels still in the hamper from previous guests, and crumbs all over the kitchen. The host was notified, along with the management company (attached with pictures). The host and management replied promptly. We left to eat dinner and arrived back to the home where it had been cleaned. We were very disappointed to walk into a home that we paid for a cleaning service to find it was dirty/not clean. I asked to be reimbursed the cleaning fee we paid since we had to deal with notifying people to clean a home that was supposed to already have been tidy. We loved the house and location because we visit Bethany annually. However, due to the disruption regarding having to notify people and deal with a dirty house, I would not book this home for next year.

The house worked great for our family of 4. It has a cozy feel, helpful amenities, and is an easy drive to Bethany Beach.

Will visit again!

I spent a little extra money on getting a clean home and I am happy it was clean. The living room and kitchen was spacious and the three bedrooms were helpful even though we only used two of them. Everything about this property was great. It is also located in a quiet neighborhood.

Family vacation 2024

We loved this home, it is a well stocked clean 1 level property! Towels and wash cloths are provided which was a plus so we saved our towels for the beach instead of washing them multiple times a day. Appliances are new and work great! My family enjoyed the stay and will rent again!

Cute House, Great Amenities and location

All new house tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed during our stay. Kitchen was well equipped and no detail was missed. She’s had beach chairs. Linens were included. Nice restaurants and close to beach. New deck is being built on the back too. Would definitely stay again during season.
