Skiing is most easily accessed at Powder Mountain or Nordic Valley resorts, with Snowbasin Resort a short drive across the valley. In the summer, it’s miles and miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking, trail running, or just taking in a morning stroll.

All set on one level, the main living space is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace, surrounded by comfortable, modern furniture. This is the heart of the home and the place for gathering, taking in the latest blockbuster or football game. The fully stocked kitchen is adorned with solid wood flooring, bright white cabinetry, thick quartz countertops, a gas range, and a large dining room­–all wrapped up in a wide open floor plan. The space is bathed with natural light coming in through the large picture windows. The second king's ensuite bedroom boasts an extra-large shower and a beautiful vanity. In the third bedroom, you’ll find a twin/full bunk bed combo with a twin trundle adjacent to the full hallway bathroom. The laundry room and mudroom area lead to the two-car garage. In the garage, you will find a gear dryer. There's also a ping pong table for a friendly game with family and friends.
