I can’t say enough good things about this property! My family of 9 spent 3 nights here to celebrate 2 birthdays. Every person from ages 14 to 75 was blown away by how accommodating the hosts are, how stocked and beautiful the house is, and how many activities there are for everyone to enjoy! Some family favorites were the sauna, game room and movie theater in the basement, gorgeous screened in outside family room with fireplace, guest robes in the fully stocked bathrooms, the beautiful kitchen with EVERY APPLIANCE you didn’t know you needed…. and Coffee bar, agave straws, even chopsticks! It felt intentionally curated for the highest guest experience and it sure delivered! The location was perfect for us. We drove 35 minutes to the Pisgah National Forest and took in the beautiful waterfalls. We spent a day at Asheville adventure park zip lining and tree climbing, just 20 minutes away. We ate at our favorite restaurants in downtown Asheville a quick 15 minutes away. Now that we’ve been so spoiled, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Asheville!

We had a fantastic stay at The Donovan! The house is absolutely beautiful with a great layout. There are plenty of spaces to gather, yet each bedroom feels private with its own bathroom. We especially enjoyed the big deck for outdoor dining and screened in porch for coffee in the morning. The house is well-appointed with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. It’s a quick drive into downtown Asheville. Communication was clear and check in/check out were seamless. We would definitely return!
