Welcome to Adya, a refined, brand-new 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom lower suite designed for comfort, ease, and effortless living. True to its name, meaning a sense of origin and freshness, Adya offers a bright, airy retreat filled with abundant natural light and 9-foot ceilings throughout.

The open living, dining, and kitchen area is a relaxing spot to unwind, with a full kitchen for home-cooked meals and a large dining table that comfortably seats six. Both bedrooms are furnished with plush queen beds and a walk-in closet, and in-suite laundry makes longer stays simple. Free parking is included, a real bonus in this part of the city.

You're staying in Sherwood, a quiet, family-friendly community in Calgary's far northwest, just off Stoney Trail and Sarcee Trail. It's a short drive to Beacon Hill Shopping Centre and the shops and restaurants of Sage Hill and Creekside, with bus service connecting to the Tuscany and Crowfoot C-Train stations.

This is a private, self-contained suite with its own entrance. The backyard is shared with the main-floor household, so you may occasionally hear sound from upstairs; if total quiet is essential, keep this in mind. Families are welcome, and it's a comfortable, well-equipped home base whether you're visiting for work, a family trip, or a longer stay. We'd be glad to host you.

Please note there is no separate thermostat in the unit to control the temperature however, we do provide space heater.
