The space
This apartment is located upstairs above the garage of this property. We call it the Carriage House. It's located exactly one block from both main street Hamilton (where you'll find the Disneyland of Quilting - Missouri Star Quilt Company) and the Missouri Quilt Museum/ Worlds Largest Spool of Thread.

It’s newly built, so it's incredibly clean and has everything you need to feel right at home.

You'll walk in to an open living room with a couch and 55" smart tv. The kitchen has stainless appliances, a dishwasher, pantry and table for four.

The spacious bedroom features a queen size bed and walk-in closet.

The bathroom has a tub/ shower.

Laundry is available on site in the hall closet nearest the bathroom. The other hall closet contains cleaning supplies and extra towels and linens for you to use as needed.

While the couch does have a hide-a-way bed as an option for sleeping, there is a more comfortable roll away bed located in the bedroom closet. There are extra linens and pillows provided for both, as well.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to park in the adjoining driveway. The garage itself is for property storage and isn't accessible to guests. Everything within the upstairs apartment is available for your use.

Other things to note
The apartment is fully furnished with everything you'll need during your stay, but it is important to know that it requires climbing stairs to access the space.
