The architecture here is deliberate. The long bedroom wing and the long pool are parallel by design, creating a sense of scale and flow that guests consistently describe as bigger and better than the photos suggest. Above it all, the primary suite sits on its own level with a private terrace. And above that, a rooftop with unobstructed panoramic ocean views.
Jan Thiel Beach is a 12-minute walk. Everything else arranges itself around the pool.

THE VILLA
Villa Larga is designed around a simple idea: bringing people together. The long pool, open living spaces and three ground floor bedrooms all face one another across a spacious deck, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
A glass-walled gallery corridor connects the three ground floor bedrooms directly to the pool, so stepping outside your room means stepping straight into the heart of the villa.
Upstairs, the private family wing includes the primary suite, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom—an ideal layout for parents travelling with children. The primary suite also enjoys its own private terrace, while a rooftop staircase leads to panoramic ocean views.

Primary Suite (Upper Level) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, storage and hangers, in-room safe, private outdoor terrace.
King Suite 1 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers. Suite 1 also has its own private entrance from the front of the house — a useful detail for guests who want complete independence of movement.
King Suite 2 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers.
King Suite 3 (Ground Floor) — King bed, reading lamps, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom, storage and hangers, private kitchenette with sink, cooktop, dishwasher and fridge. A self-contained space within the villa, ideal for extended families, grandparents or guests who appreciate a little extra independence.
Twin Bedroom (Upper Level) — Two twin beds, reading lamp, ceiling fan, and storage. Shares a spacious Jack-and-Jill bathroom with the primary suite. Ideal for families travelling with younger children who appreciate being nearby while still enjoying separate sleeping spaces.
All rooms include luxury bedding, bath and beach towels. Hand soap, shampoo, body soap and conditioner provided throughout.

OUTDOOR LIVING
The pool is the heart of Villa Larga. Running the full length of the villa, it's large enough for proper swimming and positioned so every ground floor bedroom opens directly toward it. Thanks to the signature gallery corridor, you're just a few steps from your bedroom to the water, making the pool a natural part of everyday life.
Beside the main pool is a separate plunge pool. While it looks like a jacuzzi, it is not a hot tub. Instead, it's the perfect place to cool off, relax with a drink or keep an eye on children in the pool.
Timber decking surrounds the pool with sun loungers, outdoor dining and plenty of space to unwind.

NOTABLE DETAILS: ENERGY TRANSPARENCY
Villa Larga includes 40 kWh of electricity per night, enough for comfortable evening air conditioning throughout the property. Usage above that is billed at $0.50 per kWh and settled after checkout. We share this upfront so you know before you book.
A $500 security deposit (where applicable) held on your credit card is required at booking.
For stays of 7 nights or more, a mid-stay clean is required. This is a standard part of how we manage longer stays and ensures the home remains in excellent condition throughout your visit. We coordinate the timing with you in advance.
