Located in a brand-new residential complex built in 2025, our apartment is just 50 meters from the sea. Simply cross the street, and you are on the beach. It is an ideal spot for families with children, groups of friends, and travelers looking to combine a relaxing beach holiday with exploring the local sights.

This spacious 70 sq.m. apartment features two bedrooms and a living room with an open-plan kitchen, comfortably accommodating up to 5 guests. The sleeping arrangements are practical and comfortable: one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa bed in the living room.
