- Loss of keys $20.00
- Loss or damage of parking magnetic card $45.00
- Parties or unauthorized events: $250.00, the immediate cancellation of the reservation without the right to refund and the collection of any damages
- Photo or video sessions with advertising or commercial use: $280.00 per night of stay.
