Unique opportunity to live in the jungle with an ocean breeze and the sound of crashing waves. This is a 1,700 sq. foot home on 2 floors with a king bed and warm shower. The kitchen is bright and inviting and has all the tools you need to cook anything. The screened walls and doors offers comfort inside with a view of the enchanting charm of the tropical forest outside every space. The beach is a 10 minute walk at the entrance to the town of Barra de Navidad. You can relaxing indoors to the sound of the birds or the rain or a cool refreshing breeze while reading, painting, writing, cooking or planning your next outing. Restaurants, water park, beach, shopping, groceries are all close just blocks away in town. We are looking to make our home available to an artist who needs a few months of quiet time to be creative and productive. We are not looking for a short term rental. Minimum is 30 days, special deal cost for a contract for all 4 months: July, August, September, October. Cleaning lady comes bi weekly and gardener comes weekly.
