Ideally positioned just a 5-minute drive from both Amagansett and downtown East Hampton, the home is also conveniently located only 15 minutes from Montauk via a direct route that helps avoid East Hampton traffic during peak summer weekends. Sun-filled interiors feature soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and an open-concept layout connecting the living room with fireplace, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, including a spacious primary suite with outdoor access and a spa-style bathroom with soaking tub. The home is also equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet and integrated smart home surround sound systems throughout every room, creating a seamless modern living experience. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval.



Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



Please note that the mailbox is not available for guest use during your stay.



If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night fee. Note, utilities including pool heating are billed separately for all stays over 14 nights. The pool is open seasonally.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.





Security deposit



A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
