Everything was absolutely nasty in our first room 213 A was absolutely terrible from the min we walked in it was moist in there the sheets was wet, the bath tub was black, the shower curtain had blood splatter on it, dried up urin on the toilet, mold growing under the sink and when we needed to move bc I have a one year old I got told I had to head with it the 1st night till they could move us the next am well we didn’t get moved till 1:30pm the next afternoon after trying to get moved since 9am…… they sent a lady to come in and check the room out but sent her in there with a shower curtain, a rag and bleach/mildew spray she sprayed it as we were sitting in the room with my one year-old to the point my eyes was burning, so I know my baby inhaling the fumes. I ended up having to walk outside and sit outside with her because it was so strong. Then the second one they put us in the AC didn’t work. The TV didn’t work nor did the sheets fit the bed!!! I definitely will never in my life. Stay here again . The pool was not clean at all. There was stuff floating around all in the pool. There was a broken light that they had black electrical tape wrapped around. Like it was absolutely horrible.

The concerns you described regarding the condition of the first room, the delays in relocating, and the additional issues you experienced in the second room are not the level of experience we want our guests to have. We especially regret the frustration and discomfort caused during the maintenance visit and understand your concerns regarding the use of cleaning products while you and your child were in the room. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention.
