Modern townhouse with communal pool Casa Libertad is a top quality refurbished terraced house with 3 bedrooms and communal pool in a tranquil location in a residential area in Conil. On the ground floor there is the living room with dining area, the fully equipped separate kitchen and a guest toilet. From the living room you can access the terrace, which offers a dining table and lounge furniture as well as a shower. Upstairs are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed 1.60 x 2m and an ensuite shower room and the other two bedrooms with French double beds and access to the balcony. These two bedrooms share another shower room. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Upstairs there is a roof terrace with lounge furniture, so you can find a sunny spot even in low season. The pool is 2025 open from the 1st of june to the 30th of September.
