Accommodation Rules:

#Cleaning and Linens

- The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out.

- We provide 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, and 1 set of bed linen per bed, according to the number of guests listed on the reservation.

- If a linen or towel change is needed during your stay, it may be requested separately for a fee equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee.

#Check-in and Check-out

- Check-in: from 3 PM to 8 PM (check-in after 8 PM may be available upon request and subject to our team’s availability).

- Check-out: by 11 AM.

- Check-out after 11 AM may be available if the apartment is available, provided it is requested at least 24 hours in advance and upon payment of a fee equivalent to 50% of the nightly rate.

#Guests and Visitors

- Only guests who have been properly listed and registered on the reservation are allowed to stay at the property.

- The number of people at the property may not exceed its established maximum capacity.

- Before check-in, guests will be asked to provide identification documents for verification and authorization to access the property.

#Accommodation Rules

- Smoking is not allowed inside the property (only on the balcony or terrace).

- Parties, events, and loud music or noise are not allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM and must be respected throughout the entire stay.

- The guest is responsible for complying with the accommodation and condominium rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in a fine, which will be the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
