Guest Access

Guests have access to:

-The entire living quarters
-Private one-acre yard
-Designated partitioned garage pet area
-Gravel driveway and concrete parking pad on the west side of the property

Please note:
-The main garage is not available for guest use.
-Please enter via Popular Road, not Main Street.
-Kindly park in front of the garage doors.

Pets, Hunting Dogs & Service Animals:
Service animals are always welcome. We kindly ask that guests do not misrepresent pets as service animals.

Because of allergies, cats are not permitted.

Approved Indoor Dogs

Pre-approved indoor dogs are welcome with the following guidelines:

-One-time fee of $25 per dog
-Dogs must remain off all furniture
-Dogs may not chew or damage furnishings
-Dogs must be taken outside to relieve themselves
-Dogs should not be left unattended indoors unless crated

Hunting Dogs & Garage Pet Area

Hunting dogs and other pets are welcome at no additional charge in the designated partitioned garage area located between the living quarters and the main garage. This area is accessible through either the laundry room or the exterior garage door.

Pets are not permitted inside the living quarters unless they are service animals or have been approved in advance.

Guests are responsible for supervising their pets outdoors and cleaning up after them, including any accidents or messes in both the home and garage area.
