The Space:
Step inside a beautiful historic cottage where timeless Americana charm meets cozy, lodge-inspired comfort in the heart of the White Mountains. From the moment you step through the front door, this classic vacation rental welcomes you with a traditional entryway featuring warm, honey-toned hardwood flooring and an elegant staircase runner.
★ Main Level — Kitchen, Dining & Living ★
The main level boasts a smart, linear layout designed for easy connection and warm family gatherings. Unwind in the sunlit living room, where you can sink into country-style sofas, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the centerpiece of the home: a gorgeous brick hearth equipped with a cozy fireplace.
Move effortlessly through the wide architectural archway into the formal dining room—vibrantly styled with deep red wainscoting and a dining table that comfortably seats six. Directly adjacent, you’ll find a convenient half bath and a dedicated laundry room complete with a full-size washer and dryer. The heart of the home opens up into a spacious farmhouse kitchen, fully equipped with rich wood cabinetry, a central prep island, and every culinary essential you need, from a dishwasher and food processor to a complete morning beverage station featuring a coffee grinder, drip maker, and kettle.
★ Upper Level — Three Bedrooms ★
Upstairs, the second level transitions into a quiet, alpine-esque sleeping retreat featuring vibrant painted floors and rich textures. Guests can choose between three beautifully curated bedrooms sharing a bright, full hallway bathroom:
Bedroom 1: A nostalgic queen retreat anchored by a timeless four-poster bed and a cozy reading library.
Bedroom 2:A comfortable, traditional double-bed haven filled with vintage character.
Bedroom 3: The ultimate family-friendly space featuring a queen bed alongside a twin-over-full bunk bed.

- The primary guest must be 25+ with ID if requested.
- Pets permitted with $50 per pet/stay.
- Unapproved late check-outs incur a $250 fee, and extra guests beyond the reservation count are charged $50 per person, per night.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. Violations will result in a $500 fine, plus any additional charges for odor removal and furniture cleaning.
