This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay in Mammoth Lakes. Close to both Eagle and Canyon lodges and a great value compared to other rentals in the area.

The condo was ready when we got there. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

If I could do 4.5, I would. The condo itself is nice and cozy. It is close to Eagle Lodge for skiing and snowboarding. One of the rooms on the pictures is not an actual room, it is located on the loft, open space. The property is third party managed, and they would respond quickly. The only issue I had was the check in and check out times. Check in at 4pm, check out at 10am. While I understand the condo needs to be cleaned, they do not allow early check in or check out, not even an hour early or later. This seemed a bit extreme.

Clean, spacious property

Very clean place, nice linens, stocked with basic essentials. WiFi failed, half-working TiVo in the main room only, WiFi dependent apps on the other two TVs. They do have some puzzles and board games available. You have to take out all your own trash.

Not maintained and cleaned properly. Ruined our trip

We visited in a group of 5 people for 3 nights. There were spiders and webs all over the place. The blankets were dirty, stained and full of hairs. The beds were shaking a lot. The washing machine was clogged and we had to carry our wet clothes back. The top floor bathroom flush was not working. Looked like no one even checked the property before renting out. We went for this when we saw 3 bathrooms but it was of no use after paying the such a steep price.

Beautiful property, terrible management

Our experience at this property was unfortunately quite negative, starting with the extremely rude property manager. When our friend, who booked the accommodations, called for assistance, he was hung up on and denied the contact information for the manager’s supervisor. This lack of professionalism set the tone for the entire stay.We were notified only two hours before check-in that there would be no internet on the first day, leaving us unprepared. Additionally, early check-in was not an option, supposedly because the property needed cleaning and repairs, despite being vacant the night before.Safety was a concern as well. Upon arrival, we discovered that the carbon monoxide detectors were detached. Although the property manager did come the next day to address this after we complained, this should have been resolved beforehand.The accommodations were also poorly stocked. For a party of six adults and two children staying for four days, we were only provided with eight large towels and two rolls of paper towels for the entire house—an unacceptable amount.Finally, the most alarming issue was the dangerous amount of ice at the entrance of the garage. This was not only unsafe but baffling, as every other house in the neighborhood had their walkways cleared before we arrived.Overall, the property itself had potential, but the lack of preparation, unprofessional management, and unsafe conditions made our stay stressful and disappointing. Cam, we are disheartened to read that you experienced issues that kept you from fully enjoying your stay. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and regret our interaction didn't reflect this. We apologize for the Internet being out for half a day. Our service provider had to be contacted to repair it and we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Our local manager assured us that safety is one of our top priorities and there are three CO detectors in the home and one of them needed to be placed back into its holder. Additionally, guests are advised to bring chains to the mountains during the winter months and ice melt is provided for guests to apply if needed. To clarify, snow removal is done by the HOA. Our home is stocked with enough paper products to get your stay off to a good start and may not last your entire visit. We regret any inconvenience this caused. We hope to have the opportunity to better impress you on your next getaway.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, nice, and accommodating! Exceeded our expectations with games for the kids! Extremely close to snow play, and very close to the mountain! Would highly recommend!

Well appointed property

This townhouse was roomy and kept us all comfortable and not on top of each other. Three beautiful bathrooms, clean and updated. The roomy garage with a real shovel and salt for the driveway was a plus. If you like to cook, the kitchen appliances are on point. We will definitely come again.
