3 Level Cabin

Main floor: King bedroom, bathroom with shower/bathtub, kitchen, pantry, livingroom with fireplace, diningroom, sunroom, and screened porch with steps to the outside deck.

Upper level: King bedroom with twin trundle bed, queen bedroom, den/office room and bathroom with shower/bathtub.

Lower level: Recroom including sectional, large screen TV, Airhockey, wall mounted connect 4, access to outdoor kitchen and deck. New King size bedroom and full bathroom.

Guest access
Entire space is available to our guests with the exception of 3 locked owners closets. Flat driveway parking for 4 vehicles. 5 steps up to the front door and front porch.

Other things to note
This home is located in the Massanutten Resort area which offers a variety of activities. Skiing, tubing, ice skating, two golf courses, indoor/outdoor water park, tennis, mountain biking, ziplining, mini golf, go-carts, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, spa, escape rooms, virtual golf/kids computer gaming station, virtual reality and more.

Most Resort activities are available to our guests for an additional fee and should be booked online before your arrival, through Massanutten Resort's website. **Please note some activities may sell out in advance, especially on holidays and weekends.

The Massanutten indoor/outdoor waterpark is available to book online. You will have access to the outdoor MPOA pool during the summer season from memorial day to labor day for a daily per person fee. Please note other pools are dedicated to specific timeshare owners/areas that you will not have access to.

For the protection of the property there are 4 outside cameras. One on the front of the house, one on each side of the house and one on the back of the house. All cameras have the ability to record. There is also a ring camera doorbell which has the ability to record and is located on the front porch.

Please be aware the house is located in the woods, in the mountains. You will likely see insects. Please also be aware they love to come inside when doors are opened, especially when lights are on inside the home.

Sheets and bath towels are provided.

This home is located in the Massanutten Property Owners Association community. The following are the HOA rules which apply to this home.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840 )
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage.com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports.
• Trash attracts wildlife, some of which can endanger you and the property.
• Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
