The Space:

This home is just minutes from downtown shopping, dining, King Street live music and breweries, and the hiking/biking trails of Bracken Preserve! This beautiful Brevard home boasts prime convenience and custom comforts. Showcasing 10-feet high ceilings this three-bedroom retreat features classic Arts and Crafts style and a whole suite of upgrades for modern guest living. Enjoy outdoor entertainment in the private, fully enclosed backyard or relax around the gas fire table on the front porch - the perfect spot for morning coffee or a nightcap. A dedicated bike locker provides secure storage if you plan to bring your bike along. Golf, breweries, hiking trails, and fly-fishing activities are available in the area, and you can ride your bike from the house to Bracken Mountain to enjoy the downhills Pinnacle and Bushy Creek trails. The stainless steel kitchen features sparkling granite counters and all the appliances you'll need for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy meals and. game nights at the dining table set for six and unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A gas fireplace adds a cozy touch of ambiance for evening gatherings. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Primary guests will enjoy a private en suite bathroom and direct backyard access, along with a smart TV for added convenience. Two guest rooms share access to a full bathroom in the hallway.

    A Labor Day getaway

    We went to enjoy a play at the college, and spend a nice weekend visiting. The house suited us perfectly. The house was clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

    Nicely furnished and decorated newer home. Just a few minutes’ walk to all things downtown Brevard. 3rd bedroom setup designed more for children. Would absolutely stay here again

    I have stayed hundreds of nights in Similar places and only once have I stayed in a place so well prepared for a traveler. Everything was there. Convenient to town and super clean. A definite 5 star we will be back

    Great place

    Very clean and well kept. We stay in a lot of weekend rentals. This is one of the best. Well stocked with high end furnishings. Wife wants to hire the decorator! Patio with gas fire pit table was a nice touch. Next time we are in Brevard we’ll stay here.

    We could not have been happier with this house. Great location. Super comfortable beds. Loved the front porch for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. Family room and kitchen were spacious and tastefully decorated. We will be back next year for sure.

    If you are coming to ride bikes this is the perfect place to stay. You can ride a lot from the house and easy access to DuPont (25 mins). The showers had great pressure hot water very clean and new. Bed and pillows were comfy and clean kitchen had just about everything you’d need. Bring salt and pepper! Things to not miss while staying - 185 King Street for awesome food and music entertainment. Burgers, chicken sandwich, pretzel, beers, pimento cheese was remarkable. Music was great. Look ahead to make certain you get a ticket so you can enjoy your food and stay for the show. The Posgah Bakehouse ?we ate there 2 times a day 3 days in a row! Pizza, amazing sandwiches, crazy baked goods (sweet and savory) and 4/5 beers on tap. The wood fired pizza Mushroom with sausage, roast beef sandwich, BLT, everything amazing good. They also have breakfast and dinner so take a gander at their website. For cooking at home: Food Matters Market & Cafe has a great butcher. He was correctly proud of his local grass fed beef. The place has a great beer cooler and produce that is very fresh and a lot to choose from. Ingles market has your other staples and is very very clean! Earth Mountain Bicycle has a bad and beer frog for cans to go. The bike shop is great and passionate/appreciative staff wanting to ensure young have a great visiting to town. This rental has neighbors that are extremely friendly and seem to enjoy sharing their town, hills and trails. We’ll be back. Great time!!

    Amazing home!

    We absolutely LOVED this house. It is absolutely beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The house truly had everything we needed for our stay, was very clean and very spacious for us and our two kids. Our girls were very excited to see that there were amenities for children including books and toys. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Brevard. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. We would absolutely recommend this home to anyone looking to visit Brevard. And as always Vacasa is first class for responsiveness and communication!
