• Speakers, sound systems, or amplified music are not permitted in the patio at any time. The property is equipped with decibel monitoring devices.

• One of the bedrooms does not have windows and is equipped with a fan instead of air conditioning. It stays naturally cool during the summer.

• The pool and basketball area may not be used after 10:00 PM.

• Parties or events of any kind are strictly prohibited.
