Each of the three bedrooms features its own private screened porch and en-suite bath, creating a relaxing and private escape for all guests. Located on the second floor, the spacious primary suite includes a large soaking tub with sunset view, separate shower and double sinks. Also on the second floor, the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds and an ensuite bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom is located on the first floor and boasts both a king bed as well as a shower in the en suite bath.

The cozy living room—anchored by a gas fireplace—offers the perfect place to unwind after a day on the island.  A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for quick snacks and family dinners. 

Located just minutes from the marina, Bonito Boathouse, beach access, and golf, it offers the perfect blend of peaceful seclusion and easy access to Fripp Island’s favorite amenities.  A 6 seat, electric golf cart is included with your stay and is the best way to get around Fripp.

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY).  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
