We were playing a golf tournament at Stonetree Golf Course, and this was the perfect location for us. Good communications before check-in, and no trouble getting into the house. House was clean and nicely decorated - just like it was represented online. Beds were comfortable, TVs worked, home automation was impressive. Best home instruction book I think I've seen. Host communicated well and was very responsive to our needs (there wasn't a corkscrew in the kitchen.....we messaged him to ask where we could find it, and that same night he purchased one and delivered it to us). Would have given it a 5, but had just a few issues (that are very fixable) that I communicated to the host after our stay....(1) didn't have soap and shampoo available in the bathrooms, (2) had plenty of towels and washcloths, but they were all located in a hallway closet (which worked out once we found them, but good to have towels stored in the bathrooms), (3) there was no dish towel, so we used up a bunch of paper towels, and (4) the thermostat program schedule kept it quite hot...we turned the temp down, but it reset to 77 or 78 (way too hot for sleep) in the middle of the night....would be helpful to note in the instruction binder how to override the schedule or reprogram the schedule for cooler nights.Overall, a super-nice house and responsive host. Just a few issues that are easy to fix.
