Wander through your private garden sanctuary, relax in the glass conservatory, curl up in the custom-built library with 1,000+ books, unwind in the spa-inspired primary suite with its private jacuzzi, or gather for movie nights with the 100-inch projector, pool table, and pinball. Designed for families, friends, executive retreats, celebrations, and memorable getaways, every space inspires connection! The heart of the home is a spacious chef’s kitchen, perfect for everything from relaxed breakfasts to celebratory dinners, with seating for 12 around the dining table. Multiple living areas, each with its own fireplace, invite your group to spread out while still feeling together.

Enjoy movie nights in the dedicated media room with a 100-inch projector, challenge each other to pool and pinball, stay active in the fitness room with Peloton and Tonal, or find a quiet moment in the library or tranquil plant conservatory. The primary suite offers a private jacuzzi, and a dedicated executive workspace makes the home equally suited for corporate off-sites and remote work.

Step outside to over an acre of beautifully landscaped grounds with peaceful walking paths inspired by Japanese garden design. Just across the street, the reservoir and local trails create the feeling of being deep in the forest, yet you’re only 30 minutes from downtown Boston. Hopkinton State Park, charming downtown Southborough, and excellent restaurants are all just minutes away.

Jillian provided a wonderful home to stay in. Quiet areas are always a plus. Communications were quick and properly responsive. Very comfortable home. Pool table and pinball made for enjoyable evenings.

Jillian was the perfect host. She was kind and very quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had. Her place was beautiful, clean and suited our family perfectly. The accommodations exceeded our expectation, and she has literally gone to great lengths to provide everything you might need and more. I would highly recommend this property. My only regret is that we could not stay longer. If we are in the area again, I definitely choose her place! Thank you, Jillian!
