There are six bedrooms for 12 people (plus two children on a sofa bed). Four seating areas are available on different levels and for your entertainment there is a cinema, a boules court, a large games room with playstation, darts, air hockey and pool table, a basketball hoop and of course the elongated pool, ensuring that you will never be bored. The ground floor has four bedrooms: the en-suite master bedroom at the end of the hall has a fantastic outdoor shower with a larger than life sculpture of a shell made by a local artist. The two other bedrooms with a sliding door between them may be used separately or combined into one. They share a shower room and a separate toilet, both accessible from the hallway. In addition, there is a separate studio with en-suite bathroom and an additional sofa bed that can accommodate another adult or two children.
On the first floor is the living room with floor-to-ceiling windows and magnificent views. It has a large dining area and opens into the kitchen with cooking island. In front of the kitchen is a huge terrace with dining area and lounge furniture. Enjoy cooking with a view of the sea or have a coffee at the bar of the cooking island. On the terrace you will also find a gas barbecue on which you can cook up a delicious meal with the fresh local produce, fish caught on this coast or meat from the famous Iberico pig or Retinto beef.
An exterior staircase leads to the roof terrace, where there is also a lounge area and which offers a fantastic view of the sea and sunset. It is also ideal for a yoga session. The mats are ready and the Buddha is smiling at you! In the basement, two further bedrooms can be found, which share a bathroom. Here you will also find the cinema with eight fantastic armchairs and a huge screen, as well as the games room. From here you look through a glass wall into the pool!
The pool is ideal for a refreshing dip or to swim a few lengths. It can be heated in the cooler months. There is also a Jacuzzi to relax in and a sunken seating area for lovely evenings by the pool. The facilities are second to none: all rooms are air-conditioned and in winter the underfloor heating in the living area and three of the bedrooms warms you up.
