Relax on 127m² of living space over two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered balcony on the 1st floor as well as a living-dining area on the open top floor with a roof terrace and an exclusive whirlpool for 6 adults and 2 children! Your pets are also welcome. The approximately 127 m² maisonette apartment "Das Garmisch" offers you enough space for up to 6 adults and 2 children on the 1st and 2nd floor. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
In the lower part of the apartment there are two cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed. The third bedroom has a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and an additional sofa bed for up to 2 children. Two modern bathrooms and a covered balcony complete the space on offer. The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and a JURA fully automatic coffee machine with cold brew) and the cozy living and dining area are located in the open loft. Enjoy unlimited internet pleasure, a 77-inch Panasonic OLED TV including Prime Video, Netflix, Disney+ and musical entertainment via a Sonos sound system throughout the apartment. There is also a small work area with a desk and printer on the top floor.
The magnificent panoramic view of the mountains will not only spoil you in the cozy living area, but also from the adjoining south-west-facing roof terrace with whirlpool, which invites you to relax all year round.
There is a washing machine in the basement, and a baby crib and high chair are also available.
You can park your car in the underground garage. There is a lockable storage room for bicycles and skis.
The excellent location in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the perfect starting point for a variety of activities in every season: long walks, hikes and mountain bike tours in the warm season and unlimited skiing and snowboarding fun in winter. There is a cross-country ski trail nearby and the "Garmisch Classic" and "Zugspitze" ski areas offer a variety of slopes and unique impressions.
The pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is only a 5-minute walk away and offers various shopping facilities, the tourist information office, the spa gardens, the casino, theater and much more. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary vacation enjoyment. The Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is also just a few minutes' walk away.

Wonderful Fall Vacation!

The property was a great choice for the six of us. Very comfortable and plenty of space. The location was great too - easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, the mountains, cable cars, trains etc. would highly recommend! Lovely views from the property.

Modern, clean, spacious apartment with beautiful mountain views. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of walking. The location was also very convenient to the train station and getting groceries. We walked to Partnach Gorge (amazing), visited Zugspitze (beautiful), walked over to Partenkirchen and found a little festival going on along Ludwigstrasse, and we took the bus to visit Neuschwanstein. Thank you for a beautiful stay in Garmisch, we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic luxury apartment close to the city center

We had a wonderful stay at "Das Garmisch" apartment. The apartment is very modern and comfortable. We loooved the Jura fully automatic espresso machine, as well as the large hot tub on the patio. The bathrooms were large and modern, and the beds were all very comfortable. Parking was very convenient, and while tight was not unreasonable. The walk to the city center was an easy 300m stroll, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops to choose from. A Lidl grocery store is literally across the street - so convenient! My 9 year old daughter loved her bunk bed bedroom with its own huge TV. The apartment manager, Manuela, was super responsive and very accomodating to our needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would love to stay here again!

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Aussicht auf die Berge und liegt im Zentrum von Garmisch. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und sehr komfortabel. Es war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Kurz gefasst: die perfekte Unterkunft mit unglaublichen Ausblick für einen tollen Urlaub in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wander Urlaub mit Erholung

Das Garmisch mit 6 Erwachsenen

Tolle Küche, schöner Wohnraum. Sauber. Eigner TG- Parkplatz. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Doppelzimmer mit normalem Doppelbett, eins mit 1,60 m Bett und ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und Schlafsofa.

Urlaub im Januar

Sauber, schön eingerichtet. Das Panorama durch die großen Glasfronten vom Balkon waren einzigartig. Fußläufig sind Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut und schnell zu erreichen. Auf Fragen wurde via Email immer sehr zügig geantwortet. Check in über den Tresor reibungslos.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Highlight ist der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig aber sehr zentral. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Wir waren 5 Personen und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Der erste Eindruck w...

Der erste Eindruck war überaus zufriedenstellend. Es war sehr sehr sauber. Das Appartment ist wunderschön, hell, geräumig und die Aufteilung mit Kleinkind sehr praktisch. Wir waren durchaus begeistert weil es an nichts gefehlt hat. Über Staubsauger, Spülmittel, Müllbeutel, Gewürze, Wäscheständer, Tabs und noch vieles mehr, war reichlich vorhanden. Sowas haben wir bisher noch nie erlebt. Unser Kleinkind hat sich auch super wohl gefühlt und ich kann das Appartment nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir bedanken uns definitiv für den schönen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Geburtstag ist auf jeden fall gelungen.

Kurztrip

Das Team vom Appartement Skinner hat sich so viel Mühe gegeben, das ist so toll gewesen. Wir waren 3 Päarchen, 2 Kleinkinder und 1 Hund, für einen Kurztrip in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Das Appartement war bzw ist super ausgestattet, die er war top gepflegt und super geräumig. Unser Highlight war der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Der Ausblick in die Berge und die Ruhe drum herum waren sehr entspannend. In nicht mal 2 Minuten Fußweg ist man im Zentrum der Stadt, welches uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Vom Appartement aus kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit Bus/Bahn erreichen. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen

Urlaub im Dezember

Wunderschöne, top ausgestattete Unterkunft in perfekter Lage in Garmisch. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf die Berge sowie der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon. Das Team von Apartment Management Skinner hat sich umgehend um unsere Anfrage bemüht und als wir von einem Ausflug wiederkamen sogar eine weihnachtliche Überraschung in der Wohnung für uns hinterlassen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Dies ist das bequems...

Dies ist das bequemste Ferienhaus, in dem ich während meiner Reise übernachtet habe, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu und komplett, und von der Fensterbank aus kannst du die schneebedeckten Berge sehen.Der Gastgeber war freundlich und empfahl mir leckere Restaurants, was mir das beste Erlebnis gab, das ich auf meiner Reise hatte.

Traumwohnung

Wir haben ein Familienwochenende (6 Personen) in „Das Garmisch“ verbracht und es war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Schmuckstück: Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr geräumig, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, es gibt viel Stauraum und der eigene Whirlpool auf der Terrasse mit Blick zur Zugspitze ist das Sahnehäubchen in dieser Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns so unglaublich wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt, dass wir noch Tage danach darüber geschwärmt haben. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage! :-)
